1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Express Driving Licence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Express Driving Licence. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
Express Driving Licence provides an online platform to assist individuals in applying for officially certified driving licences across Europe. Our services include:
- Processing driving licence applications on your behalf
- Verifying submitted identity documents
- Liaising with the relevant national licensing authority for official licence processing
- Delivering licences to addresses across 28 European countries
- Providing application status updates and customer support
Important: We act as a processing and facilitation service. Final approval of any driving licence application rests solely with the relevant national licensing authority. We do not guarantee approval of any application.
3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 17 years of age (or the minimum legal driving age in your country)
- Be a resident of one of the 28 European countries we serve
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application
- Hold a valid email address and be reachable by phone
- Not have a pending application for the same licence category
4. Application Process & Documents
When submitting an application, you agree to:
- Provide a clear 4×4 passport-style identity photograph with a white background
- Submit a legible photo of your valid national identity document (ID card or passport)
- Provide a clear photo of your handwritten signature on white paper
- Ensure all submitted documents are authentic and unaltered
- Accept that submitting fraudulent documents is a criminal offence
Our team will review your documents and notify you of the outcome via email. If additional information is required, we will contact you before proceeding.
5. Fees & Payment
Our service fee is displayed during the application review process. Payment is only required after your application has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Accepted Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express (with 3D Secure verification) and bank transfer.
Currency
Payments are processed in the currency displayed on your payment page (EUR, GBP, or USD).
Payment Security
All card payments are secured with 3D Secure technology. We do not store your full card details.
Invoicing
A receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Before Payment
You may withdraw your application at any time before payment with no charge.
Application Rejected by the Authority
If the relevant national licensing authority rejects your application after payment, we will contact you to resolve the issue or provide a full refund of our service fee.
Fraudulent Applications
No refund will be issued if your application is rejected due to fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by you.
After Processing Has Begun
Once your application has been submitted to the relevant national licensing authority, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at contact@xpressdrivinglicense.com.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our Service to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
- Apply for a licence on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
- Circumvent any legal or regulatory requirements related to driving licences
- Attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit any part of our platform
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to terminate any account and report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Express Driving Licence shall not be liable for:
- Rejection of an application by the relevant national licensing authority for reasons outside our control
- Delays caused by national licensing authorities, postal services, or third-party providers
- Inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by the applicant
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Service
- Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant application.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
